Our state of the art equipment is the ultimate in protection of your stored valuables. Most storage facilities just heat the units and advertise as “Climate Controlled”. Not here, we offer Heat, Air Conditioning and Dehumidification. Our humidity sensors are placed throughout the building and when the humidity goes above 55% our dehumidification kicks in to keep your valuables free of mold and mildew.
